neighbour day 2026
The weather was perfect for our 2026 Wandi Neighbour Day making it a hugely successful event for the WPA and local Wandi residents. It was obvious that there were lots of families with young children wandering around trying the free activities provided, great to see and what the event is all about.
Thanks to the City of Kwinana for their assistance and part funding. The WPA topped up a bit more this year adding to Councils contribution and organized an event filled afternoon for locals.

Right clockwise Clubs
- Mandogalup Volunteer Fire Brigade showed there capability with a fire hose accuracy competition. - City of Kwinana added to the displays with resident information information flyers and a free photo booth. - Wandi Scrollsaw Clubs display was very inspiring and you could have a go. - Wandi Marquetry Club had a great show and tell and explained their craft to interested onlookers. - Wandi Woodturners displayed their craft and demonstrated on a mini lathe and you stayed long enough you were given a free spinning top. |

- Face Painting - Laser Tag - Games 2 Extreme - Pony Rides - Mucky Duck Bush Band were with us again and are great value especially when they get up the families to bush dance. - A special gust this was the native animal zoo with a koala, snakes, lizards, etc. all could be handled. - |
